We view ourselves as a scrappy start‑up and as a vital member of the team, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in for the following position:

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, revenue, and guest engagement across Ormond Group’s properties.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing efforts, including campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, PR, and on‑ground activations.
  • Assist with content creation, visual production, and scheduling across platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., hotel teams, revenue, F&B) and external vendors (e.g., media, influencers, designers) to deliver campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, digital analytics, and social media insights to support data‑driven decisions.
  • Assist with the execution of events, partnerships, guest experience communications, and hotel programming that bring the brand to life.
  • Contribute creative ideas, spot trends, and support experimentation across channels in a cost‑effective way.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign documentation in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role; experience in hospitality is an added advantage.
  • Strong interest in hospitality, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, influencer engagement, and digital performance tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable with copywriting, content planning, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented with good project coordination skills.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
