Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or marketing support.
• Ability to coordinate and manage external vendors and agencies.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing sales processes, including lead registration.
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Support preparation of sales documents and agreements.
• Assist in processing payment requests and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for transaction support.
• Provide administrative support to Real Estate Agents.
• Oversee maintenance of sales offices and galleries.
• Assist in executing marketing administrative processes.
