Purpose of Role

In our Marketing team, you will be developing content with core messages and playing a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions of our schools.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing and communication strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create and manage digital and print content, including social media, websites, newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and support events, outreach activities and partnerships to engage families and the wider community.
  • Monitor campaign performance and market trends to optimise reach and impact.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with ISP’s messaging and design standards across all communication channels.
Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in Marketing and/or Communications, particularly those who have worked in the education or service sectors.

Role Levels and Experience Requirements

Managers: Lead and drive school marketing strategies and campaigns. Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage stakeholders.

Senior Executives/Executives: Support the planning, execution, and engagement initiatives of the Marketing function. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to execution.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • A customer‑centric mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
