Job description

Assist to oversee all aspects of advertising and promotion scopes and activities including Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design and Customer Service Team.

Develop and implement marketing plans.

Contribute to Company’s growth and profitability through delivery of effective marketing.

Provide guidance and leadership in delivering marketing plans objectives for the Company.

Aware of the latest trends to enhance Company’s targeted position.

Build and develop positive relationship with external parties, agencies and tenants to determine shoppers’ behavior and reactions towards marketing campaigns.

Effective cost management and able to maximize the values where possible.

Actively involved in coordinate of campaigns and events set up to increase footfalls.

Execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Advertising / Marketing / Mass Communication / Event Management or any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in retail marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS PowerPoint as tools in preparing proposal, analysis and reporting.
  • Resourceful, creative and able to work independently.
