The Marketing Partner – Digital Solutions drives the commercial success, tender readiness, and market adoption of the navify® digital portfolio within Roche Diagnostics Malaysia. Bridging commercial strategy, healthcare IT, and digital trust, this role handles marketing, pre-sales support, product evaluations, tender submissions, and customer cybersecurity/data privacy inquiries. You will translate complex digital concepts into compelling commercial value propositions for laboratory leadership, clinicians, and hospital IT stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
Experience Level: Fresh graduates with a strong interest in healthcare technology, or candidates with 1–3 years of early career experience in commercial, pre-sales, IT consultancy, or product marketing roles.
Commercial Mindset: Strong business acumen with a keen interest in marketing, pre-sales, and driving digital solution adoption.
IT & Cybersecurity Literacy: Basic knowledge of IT environments (e.g., LIS/HIS integrations, cloud vs. on-premise architecture, data flow). Fundamental understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy concepts (e.g., PDPA, data governance, vendor security risk assessments). Ability to converse comfortably in IT language with hospital IT managers and information security officers.
Skills: Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, agile learner capable of working effectively across cross-functional squads.
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
