About The Team
Responsible for the operational execution of ShopeePay and Monee Malaysia’s marketing activities, including setting up and quality-checking vouchers, push notifications, in-app banners, homepage assets, and other campaign elements. This role ensures campaigns go live accurately and on time while supporting process documentation, performance tracking, and cross-team coordination.
Job Description
- Execute and schedule marketing campaigns (push notifications, in-app/homepage banners) according to approved briefs and SOPs.
- Conduct pre-launch QA checks (correct landing pages, user-ready visuals/copy, and proper display in-app after go-live).
- Manage management directives for user segmentation targeting in promotions, microsite setup, and live testing to align with frontend expectations.
- Maintain marketing ops trackers and the campaign calendar; ensure accurate documentation of launch dates and owners.
- Compile and analyze basic performance metrics (e.g., CTR, open rates, impressions) to identify top-performing push and banner campaigns.
- Organize shared folders and ensure consistent naming for assets and reports.
- Assist in vendor creation and onboarding by preparing and tracking required documents.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in any field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent command of English (mandatory).
- Experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management is a plus.
- Hands‑on, execution‑driven, and comfortable with marketing portals/dashboards.
- Strong project management and communication skills; able to work independently and prioritize under pressure.
- Thorough, detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive with a solutions‑focused mindset.
