WEG South East Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department in Shah Alam. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will develop a career in marketing.

The role involves coordinating marketing activities, maintaining materials and databases, liaising with suppliers, handling PR/PO processes, and supporting campaigns, events, and sales requests with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

• Provide administrative support by the direct superior.
• Maintain and organize marketing documents, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers for quotations, purchases, deliveries, maintenance, and other office requirements.
• Assist with preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up invoices and supporting documents from vendors for payment purposes.
• Monitor inventory of marketing materials and promotional giveaways.
• Maintain proper filing and ensure documents can be retrieved easily.
• Support company events, meetings, training sessions and employee activities.
• Coordinate marketing requests from the sales team.
• Maintain records of campaigns, advertisements, and marketing performance.
