Job summary

A leading global home appliance company is seeking an Administrative Professional in Puchong, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating and tracking the advertising and promotion budget, verifying job completion documents, and preparing expense reports. A minimum of 1-year experience in a related field is required, along with proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Job description

Primarily on administrative role, responsible to consolidate, monitor, track and review the overall advertising and promotion budget and expenses.

Responsible to check and verify all documents upon every job completion. To track and submit claims for payment purposes.

Responsible for monthly review meetings and to prepare expenses reports for management review.

To work closely with procurement team to monitor, track and implement all marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Required skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel and MS Ppt.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Able to multi-task according to the job needs.
