Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead the brand and marketing direction for our portfolio of regenerative medicine and advanced aesthetic therapies. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate cutting‑edge science into compelling, aspirational storytelling — merging medical credibility with luxury brand experience.

The successful candidate will drive brand elevation, doctor engagement, and market expansion across the aesthetic, dermatological, and wellness sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Leadership
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing roadmap to position the company as a pioneer in regenerative and cellular therapy.
  • Elevate the brand narrative — from scientific innovation to high‑end lifestyle relevance.
  • Define brand identity, tone, and visual direction consistent with the brand’s prestige positioning.
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new regenerative products (e.g. exosome therapies, stem cell extracts, bioactive serums).
  • Craft medical‑education‑driven yet emotionally compelling messaging that resonates with both clinicians and discerning consumers.
  • Collaborate with R&D and medical affairs to ensure compliance and scientific accuracy.
Integrated Campaigns & Communication
  • Conceptualize and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, PR, event, and KOL channels.
  • Create content strategies that bridge scientific validation with aesthetic aspiration — including videos, social media, digital assets, and white papers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, and premium aesthetic clinics.
Events, Education & PR Activation
  • Organize and manage doctor engagement programs, symposiums, and launch events.
  • Oversee PR and influencer collaborations to amplify brand authority and desirability.
  • Develop co‑branding partnerships with top‑tier aesthetic centers or luxury wellness establishments.
Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Lead the digital growth strategy — content marketing, paid media, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze digital KPIs, conversion performance, and campaign ROI for continuous optimization.
  • Curate brand storytelling across multiple touchpoints (website, CRM, video content, publications).
  • Conduct in‑depth market research to identify emerging trends in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, and longevity wellness.
  • Monitor competitor movements and regulatory developments.
  • Provide actionable insights and growth recommendations to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, regenerative medicine, or premium medical aesthetics.
  • Proven expertise in brand strategy, product launches, and scientific storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of the regenerative medicine landscape, including exosome, stem cell, peptide, or biologic therapies.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate complex science into engaging narratives.
  • High aesthetic sense and appreciation for luxury healthcare branding.
  • Agile, data‑driven, and creative problem solver with a growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for events, training, and collaboration.
