Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote property projects and strengthen brand presence.
- Create detailed marketing plans with budgets, timelines, and measurable objectives.
- Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, project, and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and business partners.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.
- Manage website content to keep it engaging, updated, and SEO-friendly.
- Manage digital marketing activities including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Oversee company social media channels and develop engaging content to boost brand awareness.
- Track digital performance (traffic, engagement, leads) and prepare regular reports.
- Plan and manage property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event performance analysis.
- Ensure all marketing activities generate quality leads for the sales team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and pricing strategy.
- Work closely with Planning and Product teams to develop competitive and market-driven housing products.
- Ensure timely application and renewal of Developer’s License, Advertising Permit, and other related approvals.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor expenses and report performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in property development or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.
- Experience in branding, content creation, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
