Job summary

Responsible for leading the marketing team towards effective marketing campaigns to achieve company's objective in sales and market share, inventory, pricing, product planning and positioning, profit & loss, marcom ideation and activation, segmentation and channel programs. Good leadership with strong communication and able to work closely with Regional office.

Job responsibilities:

  • Marcom ideation & activation;
  • A&P planning;
  • Formulate effective GTM campaigns towards budget achievement;
  • Responsible for product pricing, positioning, product budgeting, channel programs;
  • Competitor products and promotion analysis

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field;
  • At least 10 years marketing experience in IT related/B2B or B2C/dealer industry;
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Self-motivating, self-management and independent
  • Good in Microsoft Outlook applications especially Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia (ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese dialects is an added advantage);
  • Meticulous, independent, result driven, and ready to take up new challenges
  • Willing to work after office hours and during weekends
