- Develop and execute category strategies to drive business growth and market share.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category plans with overall business objectives.
- Manage product portfolios and optimize pricing, placement, and promotions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
- Monitor and evaluate category performance to recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the marketing and agency department to enhance product visibility.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on category insights and performance.Drive category performance by strengthening market share, volume, and brand equity.
- Lead end‑to‑end brand management, from strategy development to execution and evaluation across key marketing levers (4Ps and communications).
- Oversee business planning for the region, ensuring marketing and commercial plans are aligned to business goals.
- Identify growth and efficiency opportunities, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and financial planning to support sustainable category expansion.
- Manage go‑to‑market execution, including brand activation, shopper marketing initiatives, and post‑campaign reviews to enhance path‑to‑purchase effectiveness.
- Own stakeholder engagement and annual brand planning, driving cross‑functional alignment across various other departments.
The successful applicant should have:
- Holds a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing / Communications
- Brand management of at least 9 years
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful and ambitious
- Dyanmic and collaborative team player spirit
- Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytical thinkers
