Here are the responsibilities:
  • Conduct 1-on-1 business coaching sessions with clients, focusing on marketing strategies, brand positioning, and business growth.
  • Assess client business needs, challenges, and goals, then design tailored marketing and business guidance plans.
  • Provide advisory support on digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Train and coach business owners to improve decision-making, leadership, and marketing execution.
  • Monitor client progress and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations to enhance clients’ business knowledge and marketing skills.
  • Collaborate with the consultancy team to deliver holistic business solutions across different industries.
  • Stay updated with current market trends and industry best practices to provide relevant and practical advice to clients.
Desired skills & requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in marketing, business consultancy, or coaching.
  • Proven experience in business coaching, mentoring, or advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with business owners from diverse industries.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Certification in coaching/mentoring (optional but highly valued).
