Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager (Student Recruitment for China & India)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Executive for International Marketing (China, Korea, India, Indonesia & India) to join our dynamic team at City University Malaysia based in Cyberjaya Selangor. This full‑time role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our university to international students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to attract international students to our university programs
  • Manage the university's international marketing budget and monitor performance against targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with international education agents and recruitment partners
  • Organise and attend international education fairs and exhibitions to promote the university
  • Create compelling marketing content including website updates, brochures, and social media posts
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for international student recruitment
  • Provide regular reporting on international student recruitment activities and results
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in international marketing, preferably within the higher education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with international audiences
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently to deliver results
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics to measure and optimise campaign performance
  • Adaptable and creative with a passion for international education and student mobility
  • Fluency in English is essential, additional language skills are highly desirable
