We are seeking a well-rounded, full mix, data-driven, financial services Marketing Manager who will co-ordinate our marketing activities for our Asian business units across the APAC region.Reporting into the Head of International Marketing, the Marketing Manager will work with the various Asian business unit heads and the central Marketing team to determine the appropriate marketing strategy, proposition, and plan activities to drive business growth.
This is a highly analytical and collaborative role requiring a strong understanding of performance marketing and growth hacking with an excellent teamworking, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Working with the business unit head define the marketing strategy, proposition and key messages to deliver the business targets.
- Ensure the global brand tone of voice and visual identity is maintained across all communications, both global and locally initiated.
- Brief the central Performance Marketing team to develop online campaigns to generate lead demand cost efficiently to meet CPA targets.
- Evaluate the performance across the conversion funnel from lead to traded account, identifying conversion weaknesses, cost-inefficiencies and making recommendations for corrective action to improve conversion rates.
- Lead the customer retention programme for the region, including both funnel and customer development emails.
- Develop a strong local social media campaign to raise awareness and engagement for the brand across the key platforms.
- Review the brand reputation status across review sites, app store and forums and work with the central team to address material comments and reviews to mitigate brand damage.
- Oversee localized marketing initiatives – seminars, webinars and trade events
- Provide a monthly review of marketing performance and activity for review by the CMO
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years in direct brand marketing or agency experience
- Must have experience managing a marketing campaign for a singular brand
- Ideally will have experience with live event marketing
- Proven multi-channel experience with all major performance marketing channels including mobile programmatic, paid search, display, and social (Facebook ecosystem)
- Whilst experience working within financial services is mandatory, we will be open to reviewing candidates with no financial services experience if they have personal CFD trading experience.
- Solid experience working closely with sales teams with full responsibility for KPl’s along the marketing & sales funnel
- Be able to communicate and execute industry best practices and the latest digital trends
- Strong interest in media trends and keeping up to date on new developments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
