Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing, branding, and promotional activities for hospital services and specialties.
  • Manage both digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement.
  • Coordinate community outreach, CSR programs, and media relations.
  • Work closely with consultants, clinical teams, and management to support patient growth strategies.
  • Prepare marketing materials, social media content, and reports on campaign performance.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and internal resources to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of working experience in marketing or related roles (healthcare experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong communication, creative, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
