About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s marketing efforts. This role blends digital marketing, social media strategy, offline promotional activities, and in-house content creation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website (content updates, SEO optimization, analytics tracking)
- Implement and optimize Google SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility
- Plan and run Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns as needed
- Track KPIs, generate monthly reports, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Work together with our Social Media Content Creator Executive to develop and execute content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS) and ensure efficient rollout across all outlets
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content including product features, behind-the-scenes, new product launches, seasonal festive launches and collaborations.
- Monitor engagement, respond to followers, and grow online community
- Run paid social campaigns and optimize for performance
- Coordinate internal teams to align campaign timelines and product readiness.
- Handle in-house product photography and short-form video creation (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
- Edit using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Canva
- Ensure visual content matches brand tone, aesthetic, and seasonal themes
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all touchpoints (digital, packaging, printed materials)
- Write compelling copy for marketing campaigns, menus, social media, and email newsletters
- Plan and execute offline campaigns (e.g. pop-up booths, seasonal launches, collaborations, food fairs)
- Coordinate promotional events and partnerships with relevant food & lifestyle brands
- Build local community relationships and PR opportunities (e.g. media tastings, influencers)
- Manage marketing budget and procurement of marketing materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Stay updated on competitors and industry innovations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in F&B, bakery)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media algorithms
- Proficiency in photography (DSLR or phone), editing (Lightroom, Photoshop), and video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience managing and updating websites (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Passion for food, pastries, and visual storytelling
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team and take initiative
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in influencer or community marketing
- Familiarity with CRM/email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator)
- Fluency in English, Simplified Chinese and/or Bahasa Melayu for local content and campaigns
