BateriHub – Marketing Manager Job Description
Customer Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with the retail team to align marketing efforts with lead generation objectives.
- Analyze customer segmentation data to tailor marketing campaigns to specific target audiences.
Digital Marketing
- Ensure that website content is compelling, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging; continuously monitor and analyze website analytics to optimize page content and maximize user engagement and conversions.
- Lead and manage Social Media Marketing Campaigns & Postings (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, etc.).
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce strategy and sales to achieve online sales targets.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize digital marketing performance.
- Knowledge in using Sleek Flow is an added advantage.
- Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing plans with overall business strategies.
- Plan, design, and execute team and individual yearly KPIs.
- Develop and oversee marketing plans and budgets.
- Maintain and manage our company's branding across all internal and external marketing materials.
Market Research
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior leadership on market dynamics.
Brand & PR Management
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand presence.
- Implement brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
- Monitor and manage the reputation of the brand in the automotive battery industry.
- Possess PR knowledge and ability to manage media relations, press releases, and public communications effectively.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to create and implement innovative concepts, business models, channels, and partnerships to sustain our position as a market leader and innovator.
Offline Marketing & Events
- Collaborate with ambassadors/influencers and engage in offline promotions to elevate brand awareness.
- Extend sponsorship to pertinent stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
- Foster positive connections with event organizers to streamline future participation processes.
- Handle, lead, and execute collaborations and in-house events to strengthen BateriHub’s brand presence.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Good written and spoken English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are added advantage
- Skills and experience in creative content writing is an added advantage.
- Proactive with positive attitude, good in number and sales with analytical mindset.
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in utilizing digital marketing channels and tools.
