Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s marketing initiatives, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and business impact through strategic planning and innovative execution. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Campaigns & Communications
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Supervise content creation to ensure alignment with brand voice and engagement goals.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
Performance & Analytics
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics for senior management.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Digital Marketing & Innovation
  • Oversee digital strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Budget & Team Management

Requirements
