Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead the company’s marketing initiatives, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and business impact through strategic planning and innovative execution. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and overseeing digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of brand management and digital trends, and the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing actions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Campaigns & Communications
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Supervise content creation to ensure alignment with brand voice and engagement goals.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics for senior management.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Digital Marketing & Innovation
- Oversee digital strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
- Drive continuous innovation in marketing approaches to enhance reach and efficiency.
Budget & Team Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Identify and nurture key talent, promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and performance excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably within fintech, financial services, or technology sectors, blockchain, AI with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing impactful, integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of brand development, creative direction, and campaign execution across digital and offline channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of storytelling.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
