The Marketing Manager will champion the Company’s journey as a modern Malaysian brand — one that honor's local brands while connecting with today’s generation. This role leads the charge in driving offline sales, building loyalty, and elevating our brand story through innovative and culturally resonant marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Cultural Storytelling
- Position the Company as Malaysia’s go‑to destination retail stores.
- Lead campaigns that celebrate Malaysian product in a modern, relatable way.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations that reflect Malaysian pride and resonate with communities.
- Drive dine‑in sales through seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and experiential marketing.
- Plan community‑based activations (bazaar tie‑ins, cultural festivals, neighbourhood promos).
- Strengthen outlet‑level marketing to attract walk‑in customers and repeat visits.
- Customer Loyalty & Retention
- Design and implement the Company’s loyalty program (app/CRM/rewards).
- Build strategies to improve repeat purchase rates and lifetime customer value.
- Use customer feedback to enhance product experience and retention.
- Guide the Creative Team to produce engaging, TikTok‑first content.
- Ensure brand consistency across offline, social media, delivery platforms, and PR.
- Collaborate with Delivery & Product team for integrated campaigns.
- Competitor & Market Insights
- Monitor competitor pricing, product innovation, and promotions.
- Provide monthly competitor reports with actionable recommendations.
- Anticipate market shifts and recommend cultural/seasonal product tie‑ins.
- Budgeting & ROI
- Manage the offline and branding marketing budget effectively.
- Ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI in terms of sales uplift and loyalty growth.
- Present monthly performance updates to the directors and management team.

Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6–10 years’ marketing experience in retail, with proven leadership.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian consumer culture and food trends.
- Demonstrated success in branding, offline marketing, and customer loyalty.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with data‑driven execution.
