Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to a specific region, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals.
- Design and lead full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that blend public relation, digital, social, events, and partnerships-measuring performance and optimizing for ROI.
- Architect and execute localized social strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Kakao, and LINE to drive engagement and acquisition.
- Collaborate with global product teams to craft compelling, market-specific messaging and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and growth.
- Adapt global marketing strategies and messaging to resonate with the local market, considering cultural nuances and consumer behavior.
- Manage and mentor the regional marketing team, providing guidance and direction to achieve marketing objectives.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop integrated strategies that support regional sales targets and drive pipeline growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitor activity, and consumer needs within the region to identify opportunities.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to measure

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least5 - 7 years of experience in marketing, management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. Experience in gaming or financial industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential for leading regional efforts.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and campaign performance tracking is crucial.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to align regional activities with broader business objectives and make data-driven decisions.
