Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the marketing team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by management.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, ensuring all aspects contribute to increased sales revenue.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property developments, including both digital and offline campaigns.
  • Organize and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions.
  • Conduct market research to understand buyer behavior, competitor activities, and property trends, using insights to shape effective marketing strategies.
  • Support sales launches and assist with walk-in customers, as well as handling all forms of sales enquiries (email, phone, letter, etc.).
  • Supervise and lead the department in executing product campaigns and provide feedback on products and campaigns.
  • Work with teams to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree related to Marketing or any field (candidates without formal qualifications but with more than 5 years’ relevant experience and a proven track record are encouraged to apply).
  • Proven and extensive experience in marketing within the property development & real estate industry; strong knowledge of real estate trends and buyer demographics.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams to drive marketing efforts that lead to property sales.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with digital advertising platforms, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience in event planning and offline marketing activities. Analytical mindset, with ability to track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with technology tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken); ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
