Local Sales Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value customers
- To understand the needs and requirements of customers
- To build a long-standing professional relationships with customers to create a mutually beneficial environment
- To identify high-value customers and develop strategies to build relationship with them
- To do research market trends and generate more sales
- To assist Senior S&M Manager in overseeing the entire sales dept. (local) activities and yearly sales target setting.
- To get involved in new product development as well as price setting
Export Sales Responsibilities
- To expand the market share of house brand, OEM or Online sales
- To handle the assigned local and export customers to ensure their sales target are met.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree holder in any business related discipline.
- Preferably candidate with more than 5 years experience with experience in Food Manufacturing.
- Understanding on compliance of food safety standard such as ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL requirements is beneficial.
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proactive in seeking solutions and solving problems.
