Job description

Mentor and guide the marketing tram to foster creativity, accountability and performance excellence.

Managed sales opportunities for existing customers and develop new customer base.

Lead sales team to conduct product presentation & demonstrations to customer/end user.

Responsible to collect and compile data in the market related to the product given by management.

Supervise and to ensure delivery flow to customer/clients done well

To establish and maintain good relationship with customer and end user.

To prepare all related to tender include document, sample and send the sample to hospital/facilities tenderer.

To attend product complain or inquiry by customer/end user

Participate and booth mining in medical exhibition and conference where applicable.

To increased sales revenue and achieved sales target set and agreed by management.

Lead digital marketing initiatives, staying updated on the latest trends, tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Prepare and present marketing reports and performance updates to senior management.

Monitor and analyze campaign results, market trends, and consumer insights to recommend strategic improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, International Trade, Administration or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experienced in specific Sales & Marketing background with proven result.
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented.
• Hands - on experience in the Sales & Marketing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Required language: Proficiency in Mandarin (compulsory written and spoken), Bahasa Malaysia, & English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Highly computer literate in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Candidates must possess experience and background in the medical industry.
