Job description
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the SEA region. These plans should align with overall company goals and strategies and encompass a mix of online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales teams to understand their objectives and needs. Ensure that marketing strategies support the sales funnel, drive leads, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.
  • Market Research and Analysis: In collaboration with the Market Intelligence team, conduct market research to identify market trends, competition, and customer behavior. Utilize this information to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the SEA region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, events, and promotions, to effectively target regional audiences.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor one direct report, a Marketing Communications Specialist, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and professional growth.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on the results, adjusting as needed to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the company's brand identity is consistently maintained across all marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate with external vendors and marketing agencies to execute marketing strategies effectively when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Management, or any related field
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing planning, with a minimum of 5 years in a marketing execution role in B2B marketing or B2C marketing with event and digital marketing experience
  • Good experience in business development
  • Strong understanding of the SEA market, including cultural and market-specific nuances.
  • Industry and business knowledge; Customer oriented
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, survey platform, EDM platform & etc
  • Well verse with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook & its analytic functions
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to complete assignments under limited supervision
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
