The Marketing Lead will be the driving force behind FeverAsia’s marketing and sales funnel, leading strategies that connect our innovative healthcare solutions with both businesses and individuals. This role bridges creativity and analytics—crafting high-impact marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and generating qualified B2B leads while supporting our growing B2C engagement.

Objectives
- Own the Sales Funnel: Build, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive qualified leads across FeverAsia’s full product portfolio.
- Lead Generation Engine: Develop a sustainable B2B marketing engine—integrating digital campaigns, events, and partnerships to support consistent lead flow.
- Brand Growth: Elevate FeverAsia’s brand visibility across digital channels while refining our content strategy to reach both business clients and individual users.
- Campaign Execution: Manage the rollout of marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, events, and digital outreach.
- Analytics & Optimization: Measure campaign performance, understand conversion pathways, and continuously improve funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan covering B2B and B2C segments, with a primary focus on B2B healthcare partnerships.
- Identify key measurements required to deliver the business objectives.
- Lead digital marketing execution across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Manage content strategy and calendar, ensuring a balance of B2C engagement and B2B lead nurturing.
- Design and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) to optimize for lead quality and ROI.
- Coordinate events, health screenings, and corporate wellness programs as key lead-generation activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals and product positioning.
- Analyze data from social, web, and CRM platforms to measure impact and inform strategic adjustments.
- Manage creative and digital partners (if applicable) for campaign production and optimization.
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably in B2B, healthtech, or subscription-based services.
- Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales funnel management.
- Working knowledge of digital ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Understanding of content marketing, email campaigns, and SEO best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
