Job summary

Finpersona, a fintech initiative under Aexlora Sdn Bhd, is seeking a Marketing Intern to drive social media engagement and content creation. You will develop campaigns, create visuals in Canva, and help build the brand presence across digital channels in a fast-growing financial services space.

You'll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, working remotely with flexible hours, and receive mentorship from experienced marketing professionals to sharpen your skills in a dynamic fintech

Qualifications

• Active presence on at least two major social platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphics and post design.
• Strong written communication with adaptable tone.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.
• Familiarity with fintech or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Join Finpersona, a fintech initiative under Aexlora Sdn Bhd, as a Marketing Intern to drive social media engagement and content creation. You'll develop and execute social campaigns, create compelling visual assets, and help build brand presence across digital channels. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing within the fast-growing financial services space.

What you'll do

• Create and design marketing assets using Canva for social media posts, stories, and promotional materials
• Develop and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms
• Monitor social media channels daily, respond to audience inquiries, and track engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and trending content strategies
• Analyze social media performance data and report on engagement, reach, and follower growth
• Support email marketing campaigns and landing page optimization efforts
• Research competitor social strategies and identify opportunities for Finpersona differentiation

What we're looking for

• Active presence and demonstrated engagement on at least 2 major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Twitter)
• Proficiency in Canva for creating graphics, post designs, and visual content
• Strong written communication skills with ability to adapt tone across platforms
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and KPI tracking
• Familiarity with fintech, financial services, or B2C marketing (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and ability to manage multiple content calendars
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting
