Applicants should be pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant tools.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (BM).
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and support team members on assigned projects.
• Create and design content for social media, marketing materials, and promotional activities.
• Monitor social media performance and engagement, and provide insights for improvement.
• Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns based on current trends.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support marketing decisions.
• Perform research, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, or documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.
