Anora is one of Malaysia's fastest-growing innovators in solar PV insurance, energy‑storage protection (BESS), rooftop PV protection, and mobility‑related insurance ecosystems. As we expand nationwide, we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Officer to drive both brand visibility and sales growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop consistent branding across all Anora product lines
  • Create marketing materials: brochures, pitch decks, product sheets, videos, and social content
  • Manage website, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, and analytics
  • Convert technical concepts (solar, BESS, insurance) into clear and compelling stories
  • Support leadership and the sales team in driving customer acquisition & revenue growth
  • Build and manage a sales funnel for all Anora products
  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns to installers, developers, corporates, and potential partners
  • Prepare proposals, business cases, and sales presentations
  • Track growth metrics: leads, conversions, activations, revenue contribution
  • Strengthen relationships through campaigns, engagement, and events
  • Lead marketing and growth campaigns for new product launches
  • Coordinate joint campaigns and initiatives with external partners
  • Prepare marketing kits for roadshows, expos, workshops, and industry events
  • Maintain sales decks, FAQs, case studies, and technical explainers
  • Build a repository of success stories and real‑world use cases
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, sales support, or growth roles
  • Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills
  • Ability to manage funnels, conversions, and basic analytics
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders and presenting ideas
  • Proficient in Canva / PowerPoint (Adobe bonus)

Salary Range
