We are seeking a self-driven and resourceful Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for interacting with outsiders and different departments, and will thrive in a young and energetic team environment.

Job Description:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for proposing, managing, and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to achieve maximum brand awareness and sales. This will include product launches and other marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring their adherence by all outlets
  • Serving as a liaison with design teams and suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of sales and marketing components
  • Working closely with appointed advertising agencies and suppliers on above and below-the-line advertising programmes
  • Assisting in the preparation of Quarterly Reviews, Annual Marketing Plans, and Business Reviews
  • Monitoring A&P expenditure vs budget
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales and marketing results

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1 year of work experience, preferably in marketing
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and cope with a fast-paced working environment
