Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities, including social media management, market research, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in coordinating seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Liaise with outlets to ensure POSM display, campaign readiness, and timely execution. Track submissions from outlets and consolidate campaign reports.
  • Content & Creative Support: Assist in content coordination with agencies and internal teams. Help prepare simple product photos, short videos, or social media clips when needed. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Digital & Social Media Support: Help monitor social media comments and reviews. Track engagement metrics and update performance summaries. Support content scheduling with agencies.
  • KOL/PR Support: Coordinate KOL seeding, packaging, and follow-up. Track influencer postings and performance.
  • Operations and Admin: Manage asset libraries, filing, and marketing folders. Assist with vendor coordination and invoice processing. Support marketing team with event prep, product tastings, or shoots.
Requirements
