Marketing Executive (Property Development)

Role

Drive impactful sales and marketing events, launches, and promotions by coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams. Engage customers at exhibitions and roadshows with strong product knowledge, guiding them through SPA and loan processes. Ensure smooth operations with timely documentation, payments, and project updates while supporting ad hoc events and special assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing events for group projects.
  • Work closely with agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for monthly events, sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows.
  • Liaison with relevant internal department on project status and end-financing matters.
  • Actively participate in sales activities to achieve established sales targets, including roadshows, exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and deliver professional advice to guide customers in making informed decisions.
  • Assist buyers with the full sales process, including SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) signing and loan applications.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and confidentiality of data within the department.
  • Liaise with suppliers for payment requisitions, invoices, and follow-ups.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments, sales events, or weekend/public holiday duties as required by Management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Marketing experience in property development or agency background.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing basics, design file types, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Confident in managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Candidates with exposure to industrial property or township development will have an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with external stakeholders.
