This role involves coordinating with marketing managers and distributor partners, managing campaign timelines, and handling performance reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and 1–3 years of experience in marketing. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in English are essential. The position includes operational tasks like budget tracking and performance measurement.
The Marketing Executive supports the execution of marketing campaigns across the all the Laboratory region. This role involves close coordination with the Marketing Manager, distributor partners, and internal stakeholders to manage campaign timelines, creative development, operational processes, and performance reporting. Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables are critical to success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, brand support, or campaign coordination. Experience working with distributor partners or in a regional marketing setup is an added advantage.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good understanding of POs, invoicing processes, and basic budget tracking.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
