We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is data-driven, fluent in customer lifecycle thinking, and has excellent command of English with strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.
As an added advantage, we are looking for someone who can also support organic social content planning and posting, helping expand our brand presence across social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Marketing (Primary)
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across newsletters, product emails, promotional sequences, and automated flows.
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive email copy that converts.
- Manage and optimise lifecycle email flows (welcome, onboarding, churn prevention, win-back, etc.).
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve performance.
- Segment and manage email lists to ensure relevant, targeted communication.
- Analyse performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue per email) and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain deliverability health, monitoring bounce rates, spam, sender reputation, and IP/domain health.
- Ensure all emails comply with global privacy laws (GDPR, PDPA).
2. Organic Social Media (Secondary)
- Draft and design engaging social copy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
- Plan and schedule organic content to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Monitor community engagement, comments, and basic sentiment.
- Minimum 3 years experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing roles.
- Exceptional command of English with strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Proven track record of improving email engagement metrics and delivering measurable business impact.
- Hands‑on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Get Response, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Strong understanding of email segmentation, automation flows, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data to make decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in social media content planning and posting.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of Canva / design platforms to produce simple social assets.
- Understanding of SEO, content writing, or paid social.
