What You’ll Do:
Assisting in planning & developing content for clients’ social media and websites, including captions, visuals and simple blog articles.
Support monthly content planning, brainstorming creative ideas, and preparing scripts for marketing campaigns.
Manage daily social media posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS, and other platforms.
Conduct basic keyword research and assist in applying SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
Manage & supervise key accounts that can nurture customer retention.
Support execution of digital marketing activities, including social media ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display campaigns.
Manage and monitor paid advertising performance and share simple observations or suggestions for improvement.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and prepare simple weekly or monthly reports.
Help update website content and coordinate with designers or developers for minor improvements.
Help the team prepare marketing materials, campaign assets, and other content-related tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience is preferable.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console etc..
Good understanding of current marketing concepts, digital best practices, trends and strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate creative and innovative marketing ideas.
Good command of Mandarin & English in both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
