Job description

Support the Head of Department in implementing advertising, promotions, brand building, and events.

Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders on POSM materials, bookings, and payments.

Assist in preparing proposals and annual campaign plans.

2. Content Management

Create and manage engaging content for social media, email, website, and digital campaigns.

Maintain brand consistency and craft impactful marketing copy.

Organize online activities such as giveaways and events.

Collect community feedback to enhance engagement.

3. Influencer & Media Relations

Identify, engage, and manage influencers, celebrities, and media partners.

Negotiate collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Plan and coordinate influencer events and brand activations.

Review content and ensure campaigns are well‑executed within budget.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance and promotional activities.

Share insights to improve future strategies.

Evaluate customer experiences across all channels.

Work closely with creative, operations, and merchandising teams to deliver effective campaigns.

6. Market & Industry Insights

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Conduct market research to support brand positioning and digital opportunities.

Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Communications, or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Experience in the retail sector with a tech background will be an added advantage.
  • Strong network with influencers, content creators, and media contacts.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Canva, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Video Editing or Adobe Design software experience.
  • Possesses a marketing & growth mindset with good PR, customer relation & negotiation skill.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Able to independently multitask and handle different projects / responsibilities at one time.
  • Hands‑on experience in managing social media communities on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XHS.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Good comprehension of Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
