Join Event Works Sdn Bhd (EWSB), an event management and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) activation agency. EWSB focuses on building relationships, providing personalized and objective-driven services with competitive and value‑added charges. From launching events and products to sales promotions, EWSB is the one‑stop centre for all elements of brand building, awareness and visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy, public relations brand campaign and business development strategy focused on creating awareness of the Company’s business activities and establishing the Company as the new way to organise and manage events.
  • Coordinate all public relations related to the Company’s businesses.
  • Market, promote and prepare bids etc. to achieve good sales result for the Company.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of marketing, business development and client care/servicing principles, analytics, brand and product service management.
  • Understand and quickly adjust to changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
  • Procure and follow up with new clients and attempt to secure business for the company.
  • Provide on‑ground supervision and observation as and when required for better understanding of the scope of services provided by the company to the clients.
  • Provide assistance to Directors and/or superiors to maintain and increase administration, management and operation effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orientation, training, coaching, counselling and disciplining subordinates.
  • Supervise and check the works by subordinates to ensure timely and accurate reporting, variance analysis and ensuring business forecasts are executed and/or completed.
  • Provide advice and discuss with Directors on marketing, business development and client servicing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance business performance of the Company.
  • Manage processes for sales forecasting, budgets and consolidation reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Quality Assurance Quality Control (QAQC) system for the Company; jointly complement and enforce the QAQC system to ensure the Company conducts the business and delivers services in a cohesive and systematic manner to the clients.
  • Provide assistance to the Directors in the performance of their duties and obligations as and when required for the operation, survival and growth of the Company.
  • Follow up diligently on requests and requirements by the clients to ensure due execution of the jobs, projects and tasks.
  • Not make any untrue or disparaging statements relating to the company and the Directors.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities the Directors deem necessary and/or expedient to meet the needs of the business of the company.
  • Ensure a professional outlook by being well‑groomed and presentable.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Ensure the company is professionally represented with professional and etiquette conduct.
