Job Description – Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to involve with strategic marketing initiatives for our signature exhibitions. You will manage end-to-end campaign planning, creative development, media strategy, and brand positioning to drive high visitor turnout and exhibitor engagement across all events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate with the planning & execution of marketing campaigns
  • Develop annual marketing strategies for each event brand
  • Manage partnerships, digital marketing, influencer marketing & social media direction
  • Oversee content creation, creative direction & maintain brand consistency
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Design teams to align campaign goals
  • Analyse campaign performance, visitor data & ROI; prepare management reports
  • Manage marketing budgets, media spend & vendor coordination
  • Support on-ground event marketing and ensure smooth campaign activation
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience (event/consumer industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking & project management skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, advertising, brand management & media planning
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
  • Willing to work outstation & event weekends
  • Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage (for certain partners & content requirements)
