Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes and Café Sdn Bhd is recruiting for a Marketing role to formulate campaigns and promotions, manage ATL/BTL materials, and coordinate media buys for brand and franchisees. The role requires collaboration with store teams and procurement of timely marketing outputs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of相关 experience, with the ability to travel locally and arrange promotions across outlets. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing/Advertising/Media or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in related capacity.
Willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya; own transportation required.

Responsibilities

Assist in formulating campaigns, promotions and execution within Advertising and Promotions.
Support all marketing communications materials developments including ATL and BTL printing requirements, media buy, social media and other communications avenues for the brand(s) and franchisees.
Liaise closely with the outlet operational team to ensure full compliance of promotional initiatives and are launched within defined timelines.
Coordinate with suppliers, shopping malls and vendors to facilitate marketing and communications.
Contribute ideas for promotions and campaigns and conduct post-campaign analysis.
Coordinate with media agencies to deliver campaign materials and results; work with Graphic Designer on A&P materials.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Advertising, Media or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in related capacity or field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
Must posses own transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in formulating campaigns, promotions and execution within the scope of Advertising and Promotions
Support all marketing communications materials developments including all ATL and BTL printing requirements, media buy, social media and other communications avenues for the brand(s) and franchisees
Liaise closely with the outlet operational team to ensure full compliance of promotional initiatives and are launched within the defined timelines.
Key liason with suppliers, shopping malls and vendors to facilitate marketing and communications
Contribute new and effective ideas and suggestions in the formulating of promotions and campaigns
Contribute to regular competitive analysis in the areas of advertising and promotions.
Provide post-campaign and post-event analysis backed with summary reporting.
Work closely with media agencies to co-ordinate campaign materials and deliverables
Work closely with the Graphic Designer to manage and co-ordinate design, development, conceptualizing and printing of all A&P materials.
To support execution of smart partnerships and work closely with them on initiating promotional activities to benefit both parties.
Support other marketing and sales channels (ie. Cakes-On-Line / Cakes-On-Wheels / Corporate Vouchers Sales)
Assist in supporting brand building initiatives of the company.
