Marketing Planning & Strategy
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Develop annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support strategic decisions.
Content Creation & Branding
- Create marketing content for social media, websites, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
Social Media Management
- Manage, monitor, and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop a social media content calendar and schedule posts regularly.
- Respond to comments and messages to increase customer engagement.
Digital Marketing
- Manage paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance reports.
- Optimize SEO and SEM to boost website visibility and traffic.
Event & Campaign
- Plan and execute marketing events, roadshows, and vendor collaborations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
- Prepare post-campaign reports to evaluate effectiveness.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Prepare analyses and recommendations based on customer and market data.
Sales Support
- Provide sales support materials such as proposals, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Collaborate with the sales team in promotional and marketing activities.
Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure expenses follow approved allocations.
- Maintain proper marketing records and documentation.
