Manage and monitor performance of each marketing content and strategy
Manage customer retention programme through mobile apps
Create and schedule content for social media platforms – Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Thread
Supervise and monitor followers’ engagement
Monitor and report on social media performance
Identify influencers whose audience and values align with brand’s objectives
Oversee content creation, approvals and timely posting
Handle communication, scheduling and payment
Monitor result to prove ROI and refine future campaign
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns
