Key Responsibilities:
Advertising & Promotion
  • Develop annual advertising and promotion strategies to enhance brand awareness, product recognition, and business growth.
  • Create strategic communication channels including inbound/outbound marketing, digital marketing, OOH, and any potential channels.
  • Manage advertising space by securing complementary brands/products, aligning with the business model and corporate branding, while generating revenue.
  • Establish measurable KPIs for A&P efforts, providing analytics and insights to evaluate marketing activities against company goals.
  • Constantly keep abreast of the digital innovations, latest advertising, and promotion trends.
  • Plan and control the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimized ROI.
  • Maintain accurate records of all marketing expenses.
  • Build business relationships with media, PR, and strategic partners for joint promotions and sponsorships.
  • Handle correspondence and administration for advertising licenses and permits.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) by creating and sharing content, engaging with followers, and running paid ads campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, website, search engines, email, and affiliate platforms.
  • Improve website visibility and rankings through SEO and SEM techniques.
  • Collaborate with a website agency to update product listings with accurate information, images, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate internal photo/videography sessions for digital content creation.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and other raising issues.
  • Build relationships with influencers and content creators, analyze influencer campaign performance, and provide insights.
  • Constantly keep abreast of the social media and influencer marketing trends.
  • Measure and report the performance of all campaigns, assessing them against ROI and KPIs.
Domestic & International Business Support
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and business proposals based on each specific business units.
  • Create and coordinate POSM within scheduled timeline.
  • Participate in B2B and B2C food exhibition.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess at least Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years as a Marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese language is a bonus.
  • Work closely with Marketing Team, Creative Team, Business Development Department, and any related department.
  • Assist any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
  • Willing to work at Kulim Hi-Tech.
