Job description
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across online platforms and communication channels such as email, SMS, mobile app and website, in accordance and aligned with customer lifecycle.
  • Achieve and exceed performance KPI of assigned market segments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools; generate insights to support
  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs with clear objectives, messaging, and creative direction; collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and coordinate with the various operation teams for seamless execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Product, Business Intelligence) and external partners to ensure effective communication and rollout of marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and user behavior to improve engagement and conversion, implement best marketing practices through market and competitor research, and recommend data-driven enhancements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and contribute to content creation for marketing assets.
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing or cross-functional projects as required.
Soft Skills / Qualifications
  • 2 years and above working experience in marketing activities.
  • Positive personality with strong English and Thai / Mandarin language communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Passionate about identifying and solving problems.
  • Desire to learn and ask questions, with an eye for details.
