JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, coordinating and executing marketing activities to enhance the hospital’s visibility, attract new patients and strengthen brand positioning.

The role involves planning campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating events and supporting partnerships that align with Ohana Specialist Hospital’s goals and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for hospital services and doctors.
  • Support the development of annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate advertising, digital, and social media campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
2. Digital & Social Media Management
  • Manage and update hospital social media pages, website, and online listings.
  • Plan, design, and create digital content including posters, videos, reels, and other visual materials for online platforms.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, patient inquiries, and feedback received through online platforms.
  • Schedule and upload content consistently to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
3. Branding & Communication
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging in all marketing materials.
  • Develop creative concepts and content for campaigns, advertisements and hospital promotions.
  • Prepare marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, and digital posters.
  • Draft and edit press releases, newsletters and internal communications when needed.
4. Event & Collaboration Management
  • Coordinate marketing events, health talks, Antenatal Class, CSR programs and hospital campaigns.
  • Support collaborations with corporate partners and other healthcare providers.
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies and suppliers for event execution and materials.
5. Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from patients and staff to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports for management review.
6. Team & Departmental Support
  • Work closely with doctors, Heads of Department (HODs) and other internal teams to plan and promote departmental services or programs.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical departments to align marketing efforts with hospital objectives.
  • Support administrative tasks related to marketing activities such as documentation, cost tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Perform any other marketing‑related duties as assigned.
