Job Description:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & XHS to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, acquire customers and drive sales.
- Create and manage paid social media campaigns to drive high‑quality traffic and generate sales leads.
- Write and edit social media copy and creative assets for ads and organic content.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data‑driven decisions to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operation team to develop lead‑generation campaigns that align with the sales strategy.
- Organise internal events and roadshows, and participate in exhibitions.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on key marketing initiatives.
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively, optimizing for cost‑per‑click (CPC) and cost‑per‑impression (CPM).
- Implement meta tags, keywords, and hashtags to enhance ad discoverability and alignment with trends.
- Develop compelling ad creatives with clear call‑to‑action (CTA) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including impressions, click‑through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
- Utilize retargeting techniques to re‑engage users and maximize conversions.
- Prepare sales reports or statistical analysis.
- Able to work on ad‑hoc tasks that are marketing related.
