Responsibilities

• To source for new housing/ commercial projects, new contacts of architects, developers and Government Linked Companies (GLC) in the effort of create new business opportunity, increase market share and product awareness in line with company's marketing strategies and objectives.
• Conduct professional sales presentations for the customers, including presentation of sample boards, catalogue, proposals, product specification etc. in order to uplift product image and awareness in the market.
• To work closely with project teams in closing deals and follow-up on new projects to ensure consistency in service quality and customer satisfaction.
• To gather market information such as competitor's latest marketing plan and pricing strategies and provides feedback to the management in order to keep abreast to market current development and activities.
