Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote theme park/resort products, packages, and promotions.
  • Coordinate and organize events, roadshows, exhibitions, and special activities to increase brand awareness and visitor numbers.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors for event setup, logistics, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media platforms, website updates, and online/offline advertising.
  • Prepare marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, banners, and digital content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
  • Prepare post-event reports, campaign analysis, and marketing performance updates.
  • Support partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with agencies, schools, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to post-event evaluation.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing/events (hospitality, tourism, or theme park industry is an advantage).
  • Creative, energetic, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in social media management and MS Office (design software is a plus).
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours for events.
