About Us

Jesselton International is one of Sabah’s leading property developers, known for landmark projects such as Jesselton Twin Towers, Jesselton Residences, and The V by Jesselton.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and sales departments in executing campaigns, managing marketing operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the brainstorming, planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and advertising activities.
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and media partners for marketing materials and timelines.
  • Manage marketing inventories such as brochures, buntings, and corporate gifts, and ensure timely distribution to sales galleries and agents.
  • Liaise between marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.
  • Track and record campaign-generated leads and update progress reports.
  • Assist in planning and executing the 12-month roadmap for sales and marketing activations to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and events.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination including registration lists, invitations, setup, and vendor management.
  • Support social media and content planning tasks by proofreading captions, checking content accuracy.
  • Maintain marketing files, photo/video libraries, and contact lists of agents, vendors, and media partners.
  • Prepare simple reports on marketing performance, event results, and campaign budgets.
  • Work closely with the sales team and act as the link between Marketing and Sales to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and execution of marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business-related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing, events, or sales support (property industry preferred).
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; basic Canva or design knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Energetic, organized, and proactive team player who enjoys both creative and operational tasks.
