Job summary

StoreHub is seeking a Marketing Intern to collaborate with our Marketing team across the funnel, engaging with paid advertising, content marketing, and more. The role suits fresh graduates with a curiosity-driven mindset who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech company.

You will work with Canva/CapCut for design and video tasks, and use AI tools to enhance content creation. This internship is full-time and aims for at least 3 months, based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• You are studying or have studied Marketing, Communications, Language, Psychology, or a related field.
• You have a strong command of English and can write and speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• You live on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and other social media channels.
• You have some writing experience, whether for school, a personal blog, or freelance work.
• You are passionate about content creation and comfortable being in front of the camera.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish high-quality, engaging content in both written and video formats.
• Assist the social media and content team in managing social media calendars to ensure content is timely, relevant, and resonates with our local audience.
• Support the acquisition team in developing engaging content for paid advertising campaigns that help bring in new customers.
• Gather and analyse data to measure and improve content performance, using insights to guide future output.
• Assist in community management by engaging with online audiences, responding to comments/messages, and collaborating with the lead generation team to nurture potential leads.
