You will engage in developing social media content, writing captions, and contributing to campaigns while collaborating with design, sales and operations teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Capable of writing captions, short-form content and professional emails
• Able to present and explain creative ideas confidently
• Able to generate creative ideas for social media content and campaigns
• Strong visual sense in design, layout and storytelling
• Experience in video editing and basic animation is a plus
• Familiar with current social media trends and digital content styles
• Basic analytics understanding and ability to analyze engagement

Responsibilities

• Conduct client visits and business development activities to introduce software solutions to SMEs, educational institutions and corporate clients.
• Support creation of social media content, posters, short videos and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, sales and operations teams for campaigns and content delivery.
• Assist in basic marketing tasks and content scheduling using standard tools.
• Accept feedback and iterate on ideas, improving content quality and performance.
